Integral refurbishment and the raising of two additional floors. It is always a great pride and responsibility to work on a building in Paseo de Gracia because of the heritage connotations that it represents.

Rescuing stucco, woodwork and mouldings is something that excites us and in this project, we are especially proud of how we have made the historic and the modern coexist.

It is never easy to act on a historic building by modernising its facilities without affecting its heritage value, but it is something we love to continue doing.
